Measuring Engagement with Social Media

Social Media means:

  • Listening
  • Tracking mentions
  • Tracking responses
  • Managing content
  • Tracking Tweets
  • Monitoring engagements
  • Knowing what should result (goals)

If you're not ready to commit to the above, you're probably not ready to use Social Media for the company!

It's not just about getting information out there, but getting people to talk about the information you've shared, then maintaining people's interest in what you have to say.
